Dear Ms. Yunus:
Thank you for
your interest in The Cheesecake Factory. Several of our cheesecakes do
contain animal gelatin. The majority of those use beef gelatin however,
two contain pork gelatin; our 30th Anniversary Chocolate Cake
Cheesecake and our Lemoncello Cream Torte.
As with most high end pastries and desserts, we have chosen products containing gelatin over products containing a host of gums and artificial additives. Gelatin is not added directly to any of our desserts, rather it is a sub ingredient in one of the essential ingredients in these cakes. The amount would be considered trace.
We are searching for and testing ingredients that contain neither however, at this time a suitable substitution has not been found. In the interim, I have provided a list below for our cakes which do contain gelatin. I hope that this information is helpful and will allow you to continue to enjoy our wonderful desserts.

that's great i taste it i was really fun eating to your cake. I think any thing Halal taste very great. All people who are doing business must be careful about things that they must be Halal, this is not you are cheating or fooling other it is like you are cheating your own GOD learn god things from holy Quran online.

This link is saying some of the cheesecakes mentioned in your post do contain gelatin, but your post says they do not.

Bro.Muhajideen ryder is in Maryland, where as I am in Atlanta, Georgia, and this email is form this branch only. The procedure /recipe may have been updated / modified. I would like to suggest that insha Allah, you write / call to the local center and verify. I will add this line above to avoid confusions insha Allah. Jazakumullaahu Khayr for pointing out.
